A little quiet gem close to the buzzing life of District 1. Very welcoming staff, clean rooms with every comfort one needs. Located in a relaxing quiet spot near the lively center of District 1. Ngoc, the host, was extremely helpful with tour bookings and even recommended a great tailor nearby. I had a very pleasant experience at Usagiyah Guest House and would recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street, but still close to great restaurants and the city center. The beds were spacious and comfortable, with shelves, lockers, charging points, and lights. The dorm room had two air conditioners, two showers, and two toilets, all of which were very clean. Each bed also had a curtain for privacy. The hotel provided fresh towels every day. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered delicious options like chicken noodle soup or toast with eggs and vegetables, along with coffee or tea and fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel also had excellent WiFi with a fast connection speed.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Our Christmas stay at this guest house was a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The guest house provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great perk for staying connected with loved ones during the holiday season. Additionally, the location of the guest house was ideal, being close to the popular backpacker area and within walking distance to a main street for easy access to transportation. One aspect that we particularly enjoyed was the spaciousness of our room, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Despite the positive aspects of our stay, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the guest house was not easy to locate, which made it challenging for Uber's and taxis to find.

Well-organized hostel with a convenient location near supermarkets and restaurants. Nice terrace to relax on. Very helpful host and staff, assisted with tours, airport shuttle, and even found a great tailor. Dorm rooms are spacious with big beds, lockers, and curtains for privacy. Clean facilities with 2 showers and toilets in the dorm. Daily fresh towels and breakfast included in the room rate. Extremely friendly and welcoming owners and staff who always greet you with a smile. Excellent WiFi speed. Great for those interested in Japanese culture, as many Japanese guests stay there and events held where they cook and socialize with foreigners. Convenient and private space. Opportunities to learn about Japan and have interesting conversations with other guests. Special experience to feel immersed in Japanese culture.
